New O2 iPhone tariffs include video calling
It took Apple three generations of iPhones to even add video recording in the first place, but it looks like actual video calls will be possible with the next-gen iPhone.
The almost-confirmation comes from O2, which has updated its SIM-only iPhone tariffs with an extra tariff for video calls, indicating that the next iPhone, dubbed 4G, is very likely to have a video calling feature.
This means the addition of a secondary camera to the front of the phone, which is also rumoured to be packing a higher-spec five-megapixel snapper with flash.
Check out O2's iPhone tariff page to view the incriminating info yourself (click on 'view charges outside your allowance').
UPDATE: O2 is now saying the video call tariff is an error, as the information was added across all its SIM-only tariffs. Back to your seats, everyone.
