Billing Disputes – Terms

  1. Raising a Dispute
1.1 Any dispute relating to invoices, charges, or billing must be submitted in writing within six (6) months from the date of the relevant invoice.
1.2 Disputes submitted after this six-month period will not be accepted, and Barclay Digital Services shall have no obligation to investigate or adjust any charges.
1.3 To raise a dispute, the Customer must provide a clear explanation of the issue, including any supporting evidence, and submit it to either support@barclaydigitalservices.co.uk or Mobile@barclaycomms.com . Insufficient detail may delay investigation or result in the dispute being dismissed.
  2. Scope of Investigation
2.1 Upon receipt of a valid dispute within the allowed timeframe, Barclay Digital Services will review and, where applicable, rectify billing issues occurring within the six (6) months preceding the date the dispute is raised.
2.2 Any discrepancies outside this six-month retrospective period will not be investigated or adjusted.
  3. Payment Obligations
3.1 While a dispute is under investigation, the Customer remains responsible for paying the undisputed portion of the invoice by the stated due date.
3.2 Failure to pay undisputed amounts may result in late payment charges in accordance with the Customer’s contract terms.
  4. Resolution
4.1 Once the dispute has been investigated, Barclay Digital Services will communicate the outcome in writing, detailing any adjustments, credits, or further actions required.
4.2 Any agreed credits or refunds will be applied to the Customer’s account or future invoices as appropriate.
  5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 Barclay Digital Services will not be liable for any claims, losses, or damages arising from disputes not raised in accordance with these terms, or from amounts that fall outside the six-month retrospective review period.
  6. Good Faith Requirement
6.1 The Customer agrees to raise disputes in good faith, providing accurate and complete information to allow Barclay Digital Services to investigate promptly and fairly.
