CyberSight Terms

Terms & Conditions

Cybersight is a monitoring service that searches dark-web sources for information linked to a customer’s business domain. If information is found — such as email addresses, passwords, or other personal or credential data — alerts are sent so customers can take action to protect their security.

Service Purpose

  • Cybersight is designed to identify and report possible exposed credentials related to a customer’s business domain.
  • Alerts may include information such as:
    • Exposed business email addresses
    • Passwords or other related data found online
  • The service helps highlight potential risks so customers can act quickly to reduce harm.

Subscription & Billing

  • Customers are automatically enrolled in Cybersight.
  • A notification will appear on the bill before any charge is applied.
  • The subscription charge is £14.99 per month, added from the next billing cycle after the notification.
  • If a customer does not wish to use the service, they can opt out at any time by contacting us using the details provided on their bill.

Charges already applied cannot typically be refunded, unless required by law or agreed by us.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Cybersight provides alerts only — it does not fix, resolve, or remove any discovered cyber threats.
  • Customers remain responsible for taking appropriate action, such as:
    • Updating passwords
    • Reviewing exposed accounts
    • Implementing additional cyber-security measures
  • We can provide further cyber-security support or services separately, if needed.

Service Limitations

  • We monitor a range of sources but cannot guarantee that all compromised data will be identified.
  • Sometimes alerts may be incomplete, unavailable, or contain inaccuracies from third-party sources.
  • Cybersight does not include incident response, recovery, or contact with third parties who may hold or publish leaked data.

Use of Findings & Data Handling

  • Alerts and information provided are for the customer’s internal business protection only.
  • Any personal or domain information supplied to enable the service will be handled in line with applicable privacy laws and our privacy policy.
  • Reports may be removed or deleted upon request where legally permitted.

We will provide the service with reasonable care. However, we are not liable for losses resulting from:

  • Data breaches or cyber-attacks against the customer
  • The customer failing to act on alerts
  • Any business interruption or financial loss linked to leaked data

Except where legally required, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for this service in the previous three months.

Changes & Cancellation

We may make changes to the service or these terms in the future. Notice will be provided on your bill if pricing or key terms change. Customers may cancel the service at any time, and billing will stop from the next eligible cycle.
