What challenges has your business faced to prompt a change in your telecoms?
Property People recently made the decision to move its landline services to Barclay Communications after facing some challenges with its previous suppliers.
“There were a few challenges which prompted us to make the switch to Barclay Communications. We were having a number of issues with the service provisioning. The service was unreliable at times and we were finding it difficult to communicate between offices due to this.
“We also felt we were paying more than we should be for the services we were getting, along with the difficulty in the supply of hardware meant we felt it would be better for the business to move suppliers.

VoIP solutions allow staff to work and receive calls from anywhere. This was particularly important for Property People which has offices in North Belfast, South Belfast and Tyrone. The system also enables the business to set up office openings, holiday closures or informative messages.

“We are an existing mobile customer of Barclay Communications and have found the service to be great. Our Account Manager, Shannon looks after the account very well and we were happy to move our landlines to Barclay’s because of the excellent service we have experienced over the years.
