Service Cessation – Terms

Notice Requirement
Customers wishing to cease any service must provide written notice to Barclay Digital Services. A minimum notice period of ninety (90) days is required unless otherwise stated in the Customer’s contract. Notice must be submitted to the designated support or account management email address provided to the Customer.
Cessation Process
Services will not be scheduled for cessation until a formal request has been received from the Customer. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all requests contain accurate details of the services to be ceased, including any associated numbers, licences, or features to be removed.
Cessation Charges
Charges relating to the cessation of services may apply. These charges are separate from standard monthly billing. These include but are not limited to new DDI number cancellation charges, DDI porting charges, general porting charges, migration charges, bulk order charges, line transfer charges, rejection charges, migrate away charges, ceased line charges. By submitting a cessation request, the Customer acknowledges and accepts these applicable charges.
Billing
Billing for the services concerned will continue until the cessation has been fully completed. Once the service has been formally ceased, billing for that service will stop from the effective cessation date.
Customer Responsibility to Review Invoices
The Customer is responsible for reviewing all invoices issued following the cessation date. Any discrepancies or continued billing for ceased services must be raised with Barclay Digital Services.
Liability for Usage and Charges Prior to Cessation
The Customer remains liable for all service charges and usage incurred up to the confirmed cessation date, including any cessation related.
Confirmation of Cessation
A service will be considered ceased only when the Customer has received written confirmation from Barclay Digital Services. Customers should retain this confirmation for their records.
